Nestled in a small beachside community, Lester put her spin on a Cape Cod style home with a twist. It stuns not only with its views, but also with its infusions of color, pattern and design rule breaking.

Every element of the interior of the home was custom-designed by Lester and her team, from the oversized stair railing balusters to the interior doors, to the custom-sized window and door casing. “Each of these elements created a more modern play on this classic cape-cod look”. Says Lester. “I firmly believe that all of these decisions are so important to the story of the home. From the doorknobs to the light fixtures, down to the vase you place on the dining table-it’s all part of the tale we are telling and each piece plays an integral part.”
